The on-site inspection process will take approximately 3 hours. When possible, the Client should attend the on-site inspection. This will allow for questions concerning the home to be fully answered and explained, first hand. Afterwards, a comprehensive narrative report will be written, with digital photos. The report is easily accessed via the internet. If internet access is unavailable other arrangements can be made.
